Add these features to enhance your conference call

For Your High Touch Calls

Advent's Enhanced Services offers Platinum Operator Dial-Out and Premium Operator Meet-Me users the ability to add additional services. These services are selected at the time the reservation is created or during an update of the reservation.

Question & Answer (Q&A)

For operator attended calls, the operator can conduct formal question and answer sessions with your participants. Participants lines are muted by the operator during the session, and they are asked to press a key on their telephone pad to signal they would like to ask a question. The operator unmutes the line for the participant in line for question.

Polling

For operator attended calls, the leader or operator can conduct a survey of the participant with multiple choice questions. The participants can answer via a key on their touch tone phone. The responses are recorded and are available at the end of the conference call.

Com Line

For additional assistance during operator attended calls, a second party can be in a separate conference room offering guidance and instruction for the operator.

Taping / CD Rom

Conference calls can be taped or recorded on CD rom by request. For reservationless calls, let us know in advance. For operated attended calls, advise at time of reservation. Tapes and CD roms can be sent by Fed Ex or by mail.

Transcription

Any operator attended call can be transcribed with complete text of the entire conference call on a word document. This can be sent by email, by disk through the mail or by fed ex. This service requires 48 hours after the conclusion of the conference call.

Participant Lists

At the beginning of operator attended calls, participants are asked for information as required by the leader such as name, company, affiliation. This information is recorded and can then be sent to the leader at the conclusion of the conference call via email, fax or mail.

Security

For additional security for operator attended calls, the leader can send an additional password or passcode in order to enter the call. The conference may also be locked at any time during the conference either by the operator or by the leader through their touch tone key pad, to disable any further participants from entering.

Digital Replay

For both reservationless and operator attended conferencing, you may digitally record your conference for later playback. This allows participants who were unable to attend to dial in at their convenience to listen.
